Why this film

Joining something new is scary. You fill out the application, you hit send, and then you wait. And when the yes comes, it should feel like a person saying it, not an email.

So I turn on my camera, horizontal like a real vlog, and I just talk to you. No script feeling, no big production. Just me saying: you're in, we're glad, come find me.

Every new member gets this. It's the first thing E2 says to you.

Hey! Okay, so if you're seeing this, it means you're in. We read your application, we talked about it, and we all said yes.

So welcome to E2. I'm Sally. This place is kind of hard to explain in one video, but it's good here. People look out for each other, the work actually matters, and there's always room for one more.

Come find me when you land. We're really, really glad you're here.

[She smiles and gives a small wave goodbye]
